The Trust Company received its Certificate of Authority to transact Trust Business from the State of Alaska, Department of Community and Economic Development, Division of Banking, Securities, and Corporations on July 14, 1997. Since that time, Alaska USA Trust Company has grown to over $5 billion in assets under administration, and serves as paying agent and registrar for over $200 million in bonds, issued by State of Alaska Public Units.
