You can begin withdrawing funds from your traditional IRA penalty-free at age 59 1/2.

Are tax deductions available for my IRA contributions?

There are limited tax deductions (based on income level) for traditional IRAs, but none for Roth IRAs. Please consult your tax advisor on investment decisions that will affect your taxes.
