Alaska USA Trust Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alaska USA Federal Credit Union and is chartered under the laws of the State of Alaska.

Alaska USA Trust Company leverages its expertise in institutional investment management for the benefit of institutional clients throughout Alaska and the rest of the U.S. A state-of-the-art system provides real time administration and online access, giving institutional clients the advantage they need to efficiently and affordably manage their investment portfolios. Alaska USA facilitates securities custody, clearing, and settlement directly through the Federal Reserve and the Depository Trust Company (DTC), and is the only credit union company approved by the DTC to be a participant, a settlement bank, and a shareholder.

Alaska USA Trust Company currently has more than $37 billion in assets under administration, with clients including public units, municipalities, and federally insured financial institutions. Additionally, Alaska USA Trust Company is an authorized document custodian for Ginnie Mae and Federal Home Loan Bank mortgage pools.
