TrustReporter Identity Verification

Alaska USA Trust Company is committed to keeping your account information private and secure. TrustReporter provides easy access to view portfolio summaries, account holdings, market value, and transaction information, while it also protects your account information using the latest in online security.

What is identity verification?

Identity verification watches for unusual or uncharacteristic account activity. If anything out of the ordinary is detected, TrustReporter will ask you to verify your identity.

How does identity verification work?

In the rare case unusual or uncharacteristic activity is detected, you will be asked to answer security questions to verify your identity. For example, if you log in from another country, we may ask you to verify that it is really you accessing your account. You will only be asked to answer security questions if unusual or uncharacteristic activity is detected. Most of the time, you may not even be aware the security feature is there, working to protect your accounts.

Do I need to sign up for identity verification?

No. You will automatically be prompted to enter additional information upon logging in to the web site. This includes choosing security questions to which only you know the answer.

If you have any questions regarding identity verification, please call us at (907) 562-6544 or (888) 628-4567 outside Anchorage.
